Early Married Girls(EMGs) interaction with The Principal Secretary, DWCD at Vidhan Sauda
5 Early Married Girls(EMGs)representatives from 5 remote districts of Karnataka where the child marriage is high, had met with the Principal Secretary DWCD, Karnataka along with IMAGE Team and Coalition members and with the like-minded international NGOs work for the rights of children to share the concerns and issues pertaining to the EMGs.Under the chairmanship of the Director and Principal Secretary (Department of Women and Child Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizen, Bangalore), SOP formed to look into the future of child marriage victims their rehabilitation and development.
